This clock is beautiful and it works very well with our decor in the kitchen. It's very simple but understated and has a very nice face on it. It's quiet and we really like it.
I really like the look of the clock. I have only had it a few days, but so far it is keeping good time and it a beautiful addition to my room.
We love this clock, but didn't realize that the black crossbars (at 12, 3,6,9) and the clock hands are all black. This makes it very difficult to tell the time from any distance away! We ended up removing the clock hands and flipping them over. They are a silver/chrome on the back side. We were also considering painting the crossbars to match our wall color.
I was satisfied with the weight and size of the clock when it first arrived. It fit my space perfectly. But after hanging it on the wall, it started to lose functionality very quickly. The crossbars obstruct the viewing of the clocks hands, making it hard to read the time when it involves 12, 3, 6 and 9. Also, because there is no backing, the numerals are casting shadows on the wall from the recessed ceiling lights. And yeah, the numeral for 4 is incorrect.
The design of the clock makes it difficult to tell the time from a distance. The piece that holds the battery and arms are attached to rods that stretch from the 12 to the 6 and from the 9 to the 3. The rods camaflouge the time arms.
the clock is pretty and easy to hang but the roman numeral for 4 is incorrect. if that doesnt bother you, astetically the clock is fine. it is however difficult to tell the time from the dkstance as hand match the clock perfectly. not sure if we are going to keep it.
The clock came slightly bent and one side was raised more. The hands on the clock never seem to tell the right time even after being adjusted multiple times and new batteries.
I really liked this clock's design and look, and hung it as soon as it was delivered. I soon realized it was hard to read the time when the hands were aligned with the support frame/brackets. I scuffed the hands to be able to better see them against the frame. I ordered the clock in December, and 5 months later, in May, the clock stopped working. I tried different and new batteries, but it would not work. Because it is outside of the 90 day warranty, it cannot be returned. I'm disappointed that it didn't last very long.
the price is affordable and the design is good but the quality of the mechanism is not good.the hands wouldn't tighten up and the clock doesn't work with a new battery installed
Mine won't even work. I already threw the box away because recycling day was yesterday and now I can't return it. So mad!
