La Crosse Technology Backlight Wireless Digital Forecast Station with Pressure History, 308-1417BL

It's a replacement for a 25 year old model that I loved but the sensor died and replacements are no longer made. This one does all the same things and it's excellent. The sensor is easy to hang outside and I hung the unit on the wall in place of the other. This one deserves 5 stars but I do like the shape (oblong and more wood) of the old one better.

I really like the weather station . It's a good looking piece with a rich look. Most important is the ease of reading the display information. Very easy to get it going . I bought another one for my brother.

This is the best 'weather station'. If I just can figure out after reading the directions, how to get it to Central time instead of Eastern, I will be 100% satisfied.

Uniquely small for a bedside table; attractive and woks beautifully. A neat addition for weather watchers, and weather predictions. A nice little unit; I think anyone who buys one will appreciate it. I would buy it again.

I am loving this. I nailed the sensor on a lake dock post, so I could see that the waterfront area is cooler than by the house. It's fun to see and I have the data to prove my decision to move waterfront was wise (in Florida).

Number one, it is very attractive. Number two it is very easy to read from your chair. So far it is working very well. We are glad we chose this one!

I bought these as Father Day Gifts for my Two sons - which they opened early. They are both "weather people" and was very pleased to get this as a gift.

Very good product. I have two other large wall Weather stations. This model I use on my desk. I like the option that it can be battery operated or used with the AC adaptor. The maker is one of the best for these products.

I use it in my bedroom to keep track of temperature as I use a CPAP machine. Air temperature is critical as low temperature causes air mist to return to water causing me to have a sensation of being " water boarded" as it enters the mask. Most people have no idea what I'm talking about but one experience is an immediate teacher. I had a similar device that lasted for years until the outdoor transmitter failed. This is an identical unit but nicer with the mahogany frame.

Seems fairly accurate. My one complaint would be the display. It has a very narrow viewing area.
