La Crosse Technology C74443-INT Wireless Wi-Fi Multi-Day Forecast Station with Bonus Station

Works well and was easy to set up and connect to wifi. The remote sensor is about 50 ft away on the other side of the house and connects fine. For the on sale price it deserves 5 stars.

Got it on sale when they had it at a great price. Works fine. Bought 5 more sensors noting this unit allows 4 more to be added besides the one that came with the monitor but any number can be added to the app. At first once added to the app they were not registering with readings so emailed LaCrosse who had to do some tweaking on their server side for the 5 extra sensors. Hopefully the app and alerts remain free forever and dont become some subscription option like Arlo Cameras is now pushing on customers after having owned the devices for years!

A little confusing, I was hoping it would tell the current OUTSIDE temperature but I think it tells the basic for the day temp. It does tell the current inside temperature. It seems to stay connected to Wi-Fi pretty good. Even though it works, I just wish I could understand more about how it works.

I purchased this as a Christmas exchange gift for my grandson-in-law. He's a 4th generation farmer & raises cattle so knowing the weather is very important to him. A few days after Christmas he let me know it is a great product! He's into technology & researches everything so this meant a lot coming from him. He even told his dad about it so he could get one for their house.

Love this weather station. This one has many features but the most important detail is that it is accurate. I also like that this one is in color. I like being able to inside and outside temps along with the humidity. The stand on this one is the best was we have tried because it does not fall over if bumped like others have done in the past.

Overall like the unit although it has trouble keeping the connection to Accuweather for the 3 day forecast. The first time this happened, I spent way too much time resetting the unit and reconnecting to my WiFi. Finally emailed La Crosse about the issue and they replied that they were having issues. So now I know to just leave it alone, and as long as I have WiFi it will eventually come back. Haven't really paid any attention to how accurate or not the forecasts are. I do like the little unit that came with it. Ended up putting it in my bathroom, so know when getting ready in the morning what the situation outside is.

The battery backup does not work. If power goes out I have to reset everything on it. I installed new battery and still does not work. I gave it 3 stars because the small unit that came with works great. I should return this but not worth the hassle.

Lacrosse makes a much better product than this one. It's hard to read for a weather station compared to competitors. I preferred it to products competing, that had names I haven't heard of. A safer buy anyway. That's probably why they marketed it like they did?/!

Have had weather stations before and liked the fact there were two display units with this one. The price was extremely reasonable but I cannot get it to connect to my wifi (even after going through the troubleshooting instructions), thus rendering over half of the display on the main unit useless. Will be returning and purchasing a more basic unit

I got it hooked up to my WIFI and liked the forecast feature. The remote temperature sensor hooked right up. The second base did not. I had followed the instructions and t made it sound like as long as you gave devices power in the right order, they would hook right up. After trying a few things, I decided the power down the base and try again. I then lost connection to the remote temperature sensor AND the second base. I then lost power for a few hours. I figured I'd come back to it after power was restored. When the power was restored, the base was dead. I had the power adapter plugged into a surge protector. I figured the AC adapter died. I tried another outlet without any luck either. No other devices in my house were harmed.
