La Crosse Technology Digital Color Changing Deep Sleep Alarm Clock

Alarm clock works better than great! The alarms start out soft, and work their way up to really loud. You can change colors or to a steady light that's perfect for seeing what's on your nightstand in the dark. Also being able to brighten or dim the time on it is great. 10/10 recommended!

I love that it is simple, put in your batteries or plug in. The set up is easy and great colors to choose from. I got two because they are easy to read in white numbers in a black background. I also love the dynamic multi-colored bar below the number area. You can either pick a color or have it slowly change as a color bar. It isn't to bright to place across from bed and multiple choices on that as well. I will buy more, when I can, for every room!

I originally just got this because it was the cheapest option for a digital alarm clock at the store, but I ended up liking how easy it is to read from across the room. I use this in my living room so I don't have any issues with it at night, although I can see someone trying to sleep next to it having a problem. It does let you adjust the level of brightness though. It did take me a few minutes to figure out how to set the alarms and whatnot, even with the instructions, but I eventually figured it out and it works well now.

This clock is an excellent product, but we needed an engineer to set it up for us. The instructions are written by someone whose Mother Tongue is not English, so something got lost in the translation. Wal*Mart might want to think about finding an English language linguist to "polish" the instructions. Other than that, it's a great buy.

I needed a bright digital clock in my office to help me keep track of time and this one is easy to see across the room. The only downside is that I wish the lights were on a timer so they wouldn't stay on all night. I have the clock by a window and don't want the changing colors attracting attention from outside throughout the night if I forget to turn it off, so I never use them.

This clock is easy to set up and the large digits are very easy to see at night, even if you don't have your glasses on. The clock lets you change the color of the night light and the brightness of the digits. This is very helpful because at their full brightness the clock would be too bright for most people in a bedroom setting, but at the dimmest it would be too hard to see in daylight. The brightness control is on top, so it's very easy to change. Overall it's been a very good clock on my nightstand.

The La Crosse alarm clock looks great and the color-changing feature is a nice touch. It works well overall, but I really don't like that the time doesn't stay visible all the time—it goes into a sleep mode, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a clock you can glance at during the night. Would be perfect if the display stayed on.

Generally, I seek out LaCrosse technology products. I have not enjoyed this clock because it makes too much light, and there are too many functions on individual switches, making it impossible to turn the light down. I bought this clock as a replacement for my old one that the numbers burned out on. I can't use the new one because it is too bright and waited too long to return it. I am still using the old one, I just can't tell the time very well.

Worked but when you shut off the alarm it would glitch out and reset the time. Then one morning when turn off the alarm both alarms started going off and it didn't matter what button you pushed it would not shut off. Unplugging it was the only way to stop it.

This clock received so many good reviews that I thought that it was me when I first bought it. Most of the time when I try to set the alarm and change the time, it doesn't work. I press the set button and the plus sign and, the time won't change. I'm throwing it away.
