La Crosse Technology Wi-Fi Multi-Day Forecast Weather Station

Works well and was easy to set up and connect to wifi. The remote sensor is about 50 ft away on the other side of the house and connects fine. For the on sale price it deserves 5 stars.

Love this weather station. This one has many features but the most important detail is that it is accurate. I also like that this one is in color. I like being able to inside and outside temps along with the humidity. The stand on this one is the best was we have tried because it does not fall over if bumped like others have done in the past.

Got it on sale when they had it at a great price. Works fine. Bought 5 more sensors noting this unit allows 4 more to be added besides the one that came with the monitor but any number can be added to the app. At first once added to the app they were not registering with readings so emailed LaCrosse who had to do some tweaking on their server side for the 5 extra sensors. Hopefully the app and alerts remain free forever and dont become some subscription option like Arlo Cameras is now pushing on customers after having owned the devices for years!

A little confusing, I was hoping it would tell the current OUTSIDE temperature but I think it tells the basic for the day temp. It does tell the current inside temperature. It seems to stay connected to Wi-Fi pretty good. Even though it works, I just wish I could understand more about how it works.

I purchased this as a Christmas exchange gift for my grandson-in-law. He's a 4th generation farmer & raises cattle so knowing the weather is very important to him. A few days after Christmas he let me know it is a great product! He's into technology & researches everything so this meant a lot coming from him. He even told his dad about it so he could get one for their house.

I was hesitant to buy the weather station based on some of the posted reviews, but I took the chance because it was on sale. I'm so glad I did! The weather station is easy to read, setup was easy peasy and I like knowing the future weather projections.

Overall like the unit although it has trouble keeping the connection to Accuweather for the 3 day forecast. The first time this happened, I spent way too much time resetting the unit and reconnecting to my WiFi. Finally emailed La Crosse about the issue and they replied that they were having issues. So now I know to just leave it alone, and as long as I have WiFi it will eventually come back. Haven't really paid any attention to how accurate or not the forecasts are. I do like the little unit that came with it. Ended up putting it in my bathroom, so know when getting ready in the morning what the situation outside is.

The battery backup does not work. If power goes out I have to reset everything on it. I installed new battery and still does not work. I gave it 3 stars because the small unit that came with works great. I should return this but not worth the hassle.

It was very hard to set up. The interface needs work. Right now, I can see Today and tomorrow forecast but not the next day. The two most important things for me are the inside and outside temperature and they rotate back and forth, and you have to wait for the one you want.

Shows 3 days of forecast not reliable. Extra sensor where you would expect the inside or outside to be. Then on the smaller right middle it shows inside or outside but not both at same time. It only comes with one sensor so that placeholder is useless unless you buy extra and use one for inside one for outside. Not what I expected. Probably returning.
