This salt is just superior to other imported large flake salt. Its taste is Devine. The flake size is perfect for finishing meats, veg, everything. Finish a steak with this and you will be amazed at the difference in taste Also the packaging is wonderful. It's got a real cork lid and takes the place of needing a salt cellar.

this is enough Fleur de Sel to last me years! very nicely packaged and it was wonderful on some baked asparagus with Prosciutto as a finish. It adds a bit of a salty crunch ontop of your dish

I prefer the sel de mare to be a bit more moist, but this stuff is fine
