Decent tasting tea.
Havent taken it quite long enough to truly know if it works but I do feel its making a difference. Tastes pretty good and the ingredient list gives me confidence its doing what I purchased it for.

Laxative!
I didn't realize this tea was a laxative. Thank goodness I only made a cup and didn't brew a pitcher! Magnesium works better for that effect. Neither will actually help you lose weight, just help with constipation.
