Glad i jumped on this when i did we love it

Outside in the back yard the gazebo was put up on a concrete slab…..it was very hot at weeks at a time.

This is absolutely beautiful. Took my Husband about 3 days to do by himself. I helped a little. Furniture sold separately!!

directions could have been much better.

There is no footings plan in the instructions, so I've had to build the perimeter frame so as to mark out where to dig. The frame is light enough to move easily. You will need a surface area of 10 inches to accommodate the bolts to hold the pavilion down. Quality is good so far. Haven't looked at the roof panels. The center post on the outside edge of box 3 was dented. Everything else was in good condition. Will update when I assemble the rest of it.

This may change so please keep watching, right now have carport sitting on driveway. I also purchased the assembly service but no one has contacted me at this point and I have a gazebo sitting in the driveway. It would be nice to know where to go from here but can't anyone to tell me how to get this service started except to "watch for an e-mail" well I am watching but I am not happy I will wait 4 more days then I will call the credit card company and have my card refunded for the servide and see if I can find someone to put up my gazebo

We just took out the pieces to build it before our wedding in November, and we notice not only it has some dents but we are missing pieces, small hardware parts, my soon to be husband is furious. The box looks like it was repacked and delivery was delayed.

great product but pieces were missing in the hardware and when i tried to get someone to help me, i was sent back and forth between walmart and the manufacturers, in the end i did not get any help, walmart you need to do better im still with an incomplete product. would be 5 stars if i could just finish the assembly.

Parts were defective and we are still waiting for replacements. We are trying to get information on when the parts will ship. The customer service is in china and instead of giving us a date we were asked if we still need the parts. I would return if it wasn't half done and we had boxes

I purchased the 10x12 Gazebo 3 years ago I received 3 boxes having a delay in getting it assembled on my part I was able to get it done recently get it done there was some broken and missing pieces when I reached out to the company by email they were so cold and not empathetic to my situation at all luckily I had some hardworking professionals who made it happen. I would've use this particular company for future purchases . Please find a company that will be able to provide you with excellent customer service.
