Easy assembly

Easy to assemble and works as intended. The lava rocks are not my favorite so will likely replace them with the glass looking bead type ones eventually.

Firepit was missing the 4 adjustable feet and the exterior cover. Contacted 1800Walmart and the submitted a claim to the company that I ordered it through. Company responded but then questions whether I've unpacked the box completely or if I've misplaced the parts. I'm mechanically inclined and would notice if something was missing. Even had to send them pictures of the firepit completely built, showing the items where indeed missing. The instruction manual was not super helpful, nor does it even give you a contact number for there customer service dept. At this point I'm just going to return it and ask for a refund. Will never order through third party company called Homall agin.

Product was shipped with a missing part and company refused to send the part missing. Numerous emails sent. Each time they came back with another question. Pictures sent, exactly want was missing, multiple times. All to get another question, refusing to fix problem. I will never order from them again.

It does not work. Still trying to get service/replacement from the vendor since I purchased it. All my family events that I bought to use at have came and left. Stuck with a metal box - so frustrated!
