Love it!
The order allowed for delivery instructions to include apt number but the delivery agent chose to ignore that and left the package at the front door of the apartment bldg. Too lazy to deliver as requested.
Initially, 1 table leg was wobbly. contacted seller who immediately sent me replacement table leg. excellent customer service. all items sturdy and I expect this last awhile. great price, great product.
Very pleased with my purchase. Came a day later than expected but I was notified it would be late. Assembly wasn't too bad. Product is nicer than I expected for the price. 100% happy, great value.
It's a nice product it was not packaged well the FedEx lady was hanging me bolt's that had fallen out of the package i had to go to the hardware store and get some bolts other than that it's a good product
It came with all the pieces except one nut. Directions did not say to put a washer under each screw so when it came time to put the covers on they didn't fit. Entire set had to be taken apart and reassembled. Lot of extra work. I might suggest adding a couple extra nuts in the box so you don't have to search your garage to find out you don't have any that fit and have to go buy some. Seems fairly sturdy. They are a close match to what we already have. Hope they last a few seasons.
Came without instructions and it took customer service 5 days to respond to my email with the instructions and when they were emailed to me they were blurry and hard to follow. Very difficult to put together but I finally got it together and it fit perfect in on balcony
It looks veryy nice online...I was very disappointed, trying align the wholes with the screws...the holes were stripped 😨 That happened in the manufacturing....the seller, should verify before sending out to consumer...called Walmart online, they stated , take back to your local store 😟

They sent the directions for the rattan set, not the steel frame set. I contacted them and they haven't responded. I've searched online for the instructions and still can't find them.
