I assembled the entire set by myself. Using this as an additional set for my deck and appreciate the space saving feature. Its been raining everyday since this has been on the deck ....appears to be holding up well! Cane in 3 boxes all delivered together. Im pleased with this purchase.

I'm not the type to write reviews, but I feel I have to write one. I ordered the 11 piece patio set and it arrived in one week. Due to some reviews and the fact that the table has glass, I opted to pick up my merchandise from Walmart. All four big, and heavy boxes fitted in my CR-V. I'm in my 50's and was able to put the furniture together. My adult daughter helped with the table, but I worked on the chairs alone. When I got my four boxes, I opened them all. I was amazed to see how the material comes super organized! The chairs are color coded, and the screws come labeled. The instructions manual comes with drawings and demonstrations. I just had to follow step-by-step directions. If you are hesitating to purchase this set, I encourage you to go ahead and buy it. I'm super happy with it. It's elegant and comfortable! It will last you a while as the material is sturdy.

Set comes in 4 separate boxes. Shipping may be uncoordinated and last box arrived as a torn up mess. All parts were there once final box arrived. Nice set all in all. Very convenient that the chairs push all of the way in. Keeps pets and other animals from getting on the cushions. Black tempered glass looks really nice (requires pretty constant wiping due to being outside even under large covered porch). Assembly was easy (you can do it with tools provided however, using a drill will make the process super quick and painless).

Product is nice, time consuming to put together but easy to do so. Chairs are smaller than I imagined which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5. And to be honest u can seat 4 people comfortably, anymore would be a crowd.

Love the item however the instructions were a little vague and needed to be done a bit better. The fact that the chairs can be folded down in the back and slide under table makes this great for a smaller area.

It is not fair to rate this low when you only pay $420 for it. So my rating is based on value for money. Yes it's not premium quality but seriously, for a 9 piece rattan set for that price, it's great. The chairs are pretty small so if you are heavy set you may want to look at a sturdier set. It looks just like the pictures. As others said, it does arrive in 3 different shipments so do not start assembling until you are certain all boxes have arrived. It is a LOT of assembly and took my husband and me about 3 hours to put together. Some of the threading on 2 of the screws was off so took a bit of skill to make them work. But again, for the money- buy it. It looks great, is comfy enough to sit outside and have dinner.

The set was lovely but we could not put it together because at least 1/3 of the hardware was missing. Walmart Customer service suggested we contact the manufacturer to get the missing hardware. We've been down that road before; the promised missing parts never arrive or it takes months to receive the replacement. So we returned the item. We appreciate Walmarts easy return policy and that they sent FedEx to pick up the three heavy boxes the set came in.

This item is a nice quality item however be careful when you buy this online because when I got it I only got 2 out of 3 boxes. I'm still missing 3 chairs, 1 ottoman and 2 ottoman cushions. And when I try to make a call to get it fixed I can't even talk to a person. Almost $500 and I only have half the stuff. So frustrating.

Only gave it one star because cannot give it less than zero. this is a child set, it cannot even sit 5 children. the cushions are skinny and flimsy. I was missing 1 cushion, but due to covid delays was not able to bring this set to the new home and its now passed the return window. screws did not fit, holes for screws did not match up, cushions blow away with slighest breeze because they are light an flimsy and no way to attach them to the stools. overall stay away from this set.

DO NOT BUY!! Bought along with the sectional and have dozensa of pieces to put together and NO screws! Called walmart.com and bo help!! We have spent $1000 on furniture and can't use it!!
