arrived in undamaged box with all the parts. Easy assembly. Well worth the price. Comfortable. Leather. Good Looking and firm and I weigh 260. This is a pro rated seller and this is why. You get what is advertised in mint condition. I spent an hour reading up on fifty other chairs sold through walmart and all had scary negative reviews about missing parts, missing instructions, screws and holes not lining up, getting items that were used when purchasing new, and not being able to contact seller or get a refund or replacement. Why put yourself in that situation? There are pro sellers who earned their ranking through quality, customer service and caring. I am satisfied. Good luck to you.

Great chair, great quality. I think i might've put it together wrong or didn't screw something tight enough . But it's getting the job done. Love it .

Better looking than I expected. Brown was rich color. Easy to assemble. I have been sitting in my chair for many many hours a day at the computer and it is more comfortable than a larger one from another company I paid double the amount for. Very Pleased. I bought 8 smaller ones and 8 larger ones for my conference room.

Great price, good support and very comfy! Very happy with this chair! I needed this upgrade and didn't want to spend hundreds on a chair. The instructions were dumb-I'd attach the back before putting the seat on the hydraulic unlike they suggested though haha

I especially like the design appearance of the chair. The armrest side-support structures are elegant, not hoaky and incongruent, as often seen, even in other more expensive chairs. Comfortable, heavy duty chair. Negative: the armrest foam is squashed flat in places after only several weeks of use--a common problem that needs to be addressed by all chair designers.

The chair does not recline - turning the control knob as far as it could go gave me 1"-2" play. I contacted the seller - Walmart supposedly contacted the seller - both times asking for guidance. The seller never responded.
