Only need one weather station. This is a good one.
We have really liked the WeatherStation - the only thing that we have found that is not as satisfactory is that the screws holding the outside piece which measures the wind is not as sturdy as perhaps it could be. Wish that it was a little heavier duty. Otherwise great product.

Recommend only without wind speed
Hooked this up right away, and everything worked except for the wind sensor. It is getting connectivity, but it always shows zero mph. We are contacting La Crosse about this and hope to get it resolved soon. We already had an older La Crosse that has worked great for the last 5 years, but we wanted to get the wind speed feature.

Must be plugged in.
When I asked LaCrosse if this runs on batteries, they said it does. And it does...kinda. You have to push a button each time you want the display to show, which is not very handy when you want to hang it on the wall above a doorway. It must be plugged in for the display to be constant. As a result, we have it sitting on a counter. Also wish it was a bit bigger so numerals could be larger.

Problems unresolved
Have tried to get this to work as shown. Remotes work well but can't get indoors sensors to work. Some of the LED displays are not complete, not sure why. No resolutions on line trouble shooting. So far no one from the service center has called back
