LACTAID Fast Act 60 ea (Pack of 4)

I take these capsules everywhere I go it works effectively and the taste isn't bad I enjoy taking the vanilla flavored capsules. The packaging is neat and cool it's not too much but you won't miss it on the shelves either. The capsules are affordable.

Lactaid Fast-Act has been an absolute game changer for me. I have pretty sensitive lactose intolerance, and before discovering these, enjoying things like ice cream, pizza, or even a creamy coffee was not worth the aftermath. Now, I can take one right before eating and feel totally comfortable. They work quickly, they're easy to carry in a bag, and they've saved me from so many uncomfortable situations. I honestly don't go anywhere without them—they've brought so much freedom back to my diet. If you struggle with lactose intolerance, these are a lifesaver! Highly recommend.

I've been using Lactaid Fast Act Caplets for a while now and they work quickly to help prevent bloating and discomfort when I eat dairy. I like that they're easy to take and don't have a weird taste. The caplets are a little on the larger side, but they're still manageable. Overall, they're reliable and do what they promise, especially when taken right before meals. I keep them with me when eating out and they've made enjoying dairy much easier.

This product works for those who struggle with dairy. Lightweight and easy packaging. It works and helps me forget that I struggle with dairy! Would recommend

Within 5-10 mins of taking this, my stomach wasn't feeling well. I started to get severe stomach pain and felt very nauseous. Soon after, I started vomiting. I still feel nauseas and still have bad stomach pain. I do not recommend this!

I don't know if it's just the Fast Act lactaid or what, but every single time I take one, I get severe upper stomach pains, like doubled over ready to cry pain... And really really bad nausea. Not sure why. But I'm done with these. I'd rather have the diarrhea.

Have used twice, and both times within half an hour I go from feeling fine to severe stomach pain and vomiting. Fortunately, after it's all vomited up, I feel pretty normal again. That's not exactly the way I hoped to avoid lactose intolerance, as just not eating milk products to begin with is much less painful. The one and ONLY reason I would use these pills is if syrup of ipecac is not available, and I need to vomit. It's a sure thing for me (and apparently many others), and this might actually work quicker! Not having a warning label on this product is truly inviting a class action situation. You guys are WELL AWARE of this problem by now.

I took this one time and was fine, the two next times I took this i vomited like others within 30 minutes of taking this product. Why this is not. Listed side effect of taking it.

There are no directions printed on the box for the Lactaid Fast Act Caplets nor on the individual caplet packets as to how you should take this. For example it does not say if these should be swallowed or chewed.
