Like these fast acting chewables--they do a great job of helping me deal with my lactose intolerance. They work fast, easy to absorb. These work really well for me when I know I'm about to have dairy. I usually take one right before eating and it helps a lot with bloating and stomach discomfort. This works very well for my daughter, who is lactose intolerant. No one in my family is fond of the taste, but it is worth it for the relief it provides when eating dairy products. The fact that each chewable is individually wrapped makes it easy to have on-hand in my purse when we are out and about.

I'm only giving this 3 stars because when it works it's fine, but other times it does nothing at all. I haven't been able to figure out if it's the timing of taking it, or if it's just not always effective, but I guess it's worth a shot, it won't make things worse for you!

I have MILD lactose intolerance and took these chewables to help. I HAVE NEVER been this sick to my stomach. There is a sweetener that commonly makes people feel this way and is included in this product. DO NOT buy. I like many other reviewers am SUFFERING. I'm 20 min in and I am praying on the cold bathroom floor despite being an atheist. I cannot believe there is no warning label and no class action has been filed against this product. According to the literature (Reddit) I have at least a few hours to go. Any and all prayers are appreciated at this time.
