Simply lovely and attractive for many reasons! This umbrella was an extravagant purchase! It was offered at a sale price and I appreciate that. It really elevates the atmosphere of the backyard garden! The warm wood is beautiful and reminds us of some of the fashionable, even romantic photos of long ago. The trim is elegant and not flashy- even with the gold and pearls. We're very pleased with the impact this one item has had immediately upon being placed! It is on a deck, in a small town, within an older vintage-style table where a garden is just being established this year. The umbrella has transformed the workspace to a place of respite. As soon as the umbrella graced the table- the entire deck became more hospitable and inviting- it seems it should have always been %26 will always be in keeping with the age of the home. The photos in the ad are quite bold in the expression of a special cozy, insulated and lush garden. Yet those surroundings often require growing time and simply purchasing an umbrella doesn't create such a sophisticated setting. This umbrella absolutely convinces one that the garden of their dreams is within their hands and it is indeed attainable (sooner than later). It certainly makes the garden enjoyable immediately and most assuredly between the hard work sessions! The idealized staged photos of an already perfect cottage garden is not the ONLY way this Jazz umbrella fits. It even reminds me of the wood from really polished sailboats I've seen! The imagination flourishes! It isn't necessary to have special fabrics %26 blossoms surrounding this umbrella. I'm sure vintage wicker chairs or various other seating will be lovely! It certainly is ideal for special occasions %26 yet it makes every day feel special! In this photo, the umbrella is gracing a small deck that is currently a gardening spot for herbs and vegetable planter gardens- as the inground garden beds and green house are being prepared for more. Perhaps someday a young couple will enjoy the shade in their finest attire?! It just could be! In the meantime, the present, the umbrella adds a tremendous value in aesthetics %26 encouragement - even. Reward for hard work-while the seedlings and ornamental ‘starts' grow.
