This wedge is 7.5" high, which I prefer for sleeping on my back. I use it with a pillow so my neck is supported %26 to make it softer.
It seems as we get older, laying flat is not easy for our lungs. This has been a wonderful to rest with the head elevated.
Perfect! Initially, we tried a different style for my husband. It was fine for sitting up in bed, but not for sleeping. He said that this one is comfortable, and the right height for him.

I was about to buy a hospital bed frame for $300.00 This bed wedge does the same thing I needed except I can not adjust it. The wedge is just the right height.
Ordered this for my 82 year old father whom has sleep apnea and can't sleeping laying all the way down. I like how it transforms into different positions depending on if he's sleeping or sitting up watching tv. The side pockets are perfect for storing a tv remote which my father usually drops on the floor trying to reach for the table or it gets lost in the bedding. Also it comes with removable and washable cover. I accidentally ordered two but am using other one for myself. It's so perfect for reading in bed and actually more comfortable than a run of the mill bed pillow for sleeping. I'm actually getting uninterrupted sleep because I'm in a more comfortable position. No more neck or back pain. No chocking on acid reflux. I start reading and before I know it, it's morning. I also found out that putting it under my legs also aids in more comfortable sit ups when I'm exercising . My favorite pillow yet. Five stars indeed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have gurd and sleep apnea. Hard to get use to once you use a regular pillow. Helps gurd and sleep issue.
Bought this wedge just before my second shoulder surgery. I refused to sleep in the recliner again, and this wedge pillow was a life saver!!!!
Even after opening the box, keeping the pillow in airy room for almost a month, but still it has some strange smell. Due to the smell I can not use the pillow. If I bring the pillow to use the smell makes me sick - allergic reaction. Would you have any other suggestion, what to do with this pillow? I can not use it anymore with that strong smell. I am very smell sensitive. Waiting for your suggestion. Thank you!
