I buy these frequently. They last anywhere from a week or two to several months, But I think I'm done.

It definitely amplified the sound and I didn't have any excessive static or background noise one in the ear with volume adjusted. The one thing that I have an issue with is the squealing. If the volume is up very much, it really squeals and squeaks. My right ear isn't too bad because the hearing loss isn't as prominent. But the left one to really get the use that I need it squeals all the time. Even though the left ear is the greatest deficit. I just keep the volume down to where it doesn't squeak and squeal. It usually does it just when taking them in or out, but with the left ear if I increase the volume, it will squeak in the ear, especially if I'm turning my head or bending towards, my shoulder or wall or something like that. I continue to use it because they are comfortable and I really like that it's just in the ear and no back piece.

I liked the amplifier but the cover to the battery just broke off. trying to reach manufacter for replacement

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my mom and they worked really well. She was able to hear a lot better with them. the only problem is that the batteries only lasted 3 weeks. At the rate we would have to replace the batteries the purchase was not worth it. The return process was very simple, though.

Disliked that the knobs to tune them the plastic piece fell off, they don't limit the noise, they buzz all the time no matter how you set them

it's a piece of junk. the volume would not so it rounded the slot out but it would not move any. it was a good price but you get what. wish i had my money back.

very hard to change caps battery compartment not easy to open by caps i mean thr ruhher cover that goes over part that goes in your ear.
