I like that it is Gluten free and no added sugar which means it doesn't raise my blood sugar. Also it is only 2 net carbs which helps with my weight. It's also convent and travels easy in my bag.

Delicious. I am a type 2 diabetic on a low carb diet. I Pair this with vanilla Greek yogurt and blueberries. My sugar doesn't spike at All. A great breakfast!

Taste is great, although my spouse disagrees. I'm diabetic, and it does not negatively affect my glucose level.

The only thing that I didn't like about it was the texture. It was in tiny little pieces. I like granola, but I'm not accustomed to small bits. This product would be better with yogurt or with milk rather than by itself.

Just way too sweet and "syruppy". I was buying for a treat on low carb diet so i am particularly sensitive to very sweet things. So perhaps another person may have liked this granola. I did not.

Received two bags of this at the beginning of May and just realized that both the bags best by date is February 2025. This would have been shipped to me three months after the best by date

I'm sorry , but when I started eating this, it tasted stale and so I looked at the expiration date and it was August 2025. It did not meet my expectations .

I really didn't like this product. It's way too sweet and tastes awful. Not like cinnamon at all. And it bears no resemblance to granola whatsoever.

it was dry, and unflavored.do not recommend.
