I like the sweetener, especially if anyone's watching their carbs or on a keto diet there may be calories in it, but it breaks down real slow in your system that it does not spike your sugar and it taste more like real sugar. And you use it just like you would a cup of sugar.

I am cutting way back on sugar in my diet. Monk fruit is great... no aftertaste, it's natural and the taste is great. I have used it in baking with great results. I use it instead of artificial sweetners in my coffee. in the past I used equal or whatever artificial sweetners were available .. but no they taste like chemicals to me. This is a great product and a great price

This sweetener works nicely. I have to use a little bit more than I would with regular sugar, but at least this has no aftertaste, like some fake sugars.

it's not sugar, but I'm going to stop using sugar, and this is better tasting than the blue, pink and yellow substitutes. I use it in tea and as a seasoning satisfy a dessert craving, and it works. I have not tried baking with it. I have not tried to make a marinade, but that is next

Great substitution for taste that is close to process sugar without spiking glucose, it will still have a slight spike of a fruit sugars. Price could be expensive at times ,but the long term health benefits is worth it

Pros: I got this to make desert for my husband and son who are both on keto, while making the cream cheese frosting I tried a bit and it was very close to regular full of carbs cream cheese frosting. I dont know if we will ever go back to real sugar. Cons its super expensive so it will need to be used sparingly. it is cheaper other places so i will be buying from there next time, I just wanted to try it before hand since every other place is 5lb and more to save the extra money

Keto-adapted here. I'd like this to be sweeter. It's better than the allulose version, but if I use more than a spoonful all I taste is the erythritol. I'd prefer a plastic jar, as the powder is fine and it would be easier to open.

...and adjust your measurements. Erithrytol can cause blood clots. If you really need to bulk it out, use allulose or a tiny bit of actual sugar, but you probably don't need to.

I ordered this monk fruit with erithrytol by mistake. The erithrytol is very unhealthy, linked to blood clotting. My mistake. Will donate to someone who doesn't have risk factors like I do
