I use this monk fruit sweetener a lot. It has two ingredients, allulose, and monk fruit. I like that it helps me on my diabetic journey. It does not contain toxic chemical sweetners like aspartame, sucralose, maltodextrine and so many more which can be harmful to the body. This sweetener does not spike my blood glucose. It has a short term slight rise that quickly goes back down. I do use it in small amounts, like adding one teaspoon to my coffee, or herbal teas, but that's only one to three times a day. I have not cooked with it, so I'm not sure about baking with it. When I do try it, I will update the results for me, here. It is a good value for the money, too.
