Great for keto and diabetics

Cynthia February 1, 2026

This is Monkfruit with Erythritol. Don't get wrapped up with all the hype about artifical sweetners, they have a great purpose. Erythritol does not raise blood sugar and is necessary to mix with Monkfruit to add the bulk so we know how to measure it, otherwise it's 100x sweeter than sugar and we would not be able to know how much to use. It measures, tastes and looks like sugar. It is the best sugar substitute there is. I have tried them all. This one has zero aftertaste, same sweetness as natural sugar, dissolves fast and looks very nice. Great for keto and diabetics.

This is my fave!!!!

Edna July 21, 2025

If you have not tried this zero calorie zero sugar sweetener you have no idea what you are missing. It is by far my favorite sweetener! You cannot go wrong, it has no weird after taste. Its a 1 to 1 sugar swap and the light brown sugar flavor is better than the regular. Plus none of the minty weird after effect. This is my fave!!!!

This is the only brand of monk fruit I can stand in hot beverages! I am quite excited about it because I'm trying to reduce using sweeteners, but cannot handle artificial sweeteners in hot coffee.

Tastes great and keep s blood sugar levels good

redjen31 September 19, 2025

My go to sweetener. I switched to this sweetener a few months ago and really like it. I use it in my coffee and for baking as well. Keeps my blood sugar under control and tastes great.

Taste like real sugar

D June 23, 2023

Firstly, I absolutely hate artificial sweeteners, I cannot drink or eat anything that has it. HOWEVER, this specific brand of monk fruit sweetener, to me - a very picky sugar eater, taste identical to real sugar. I would say it tastes closer to light brown sugar, slightly richer (caramel undertones) in flavor than white sugar. It is expensive but totally worth it.

No after taste! Delicious

Sarah February 11, 2021

I really love this monkfruit. Before , this I used stevia, (for years) no matter what brand I used... I always felt there was an after taste. Not, with this. I use the golden monkfruit in my coffee/tea daily, recipes...really anything you would use sugar or brown sugar. By far the best brand of Monkfruit I have found.

DECEPTIVE....

anonymous August 9, 2025

One, Walmart fooled me into getting this sweetener, pretending they were out of what I ordered last, then having it suddenly appear AFTER I order this kind. Two, I'm waiting for shipping confirmation %26 get an email instead asking if I'm at the store for store pickup! Craziness. I heard about this kind of mess on the news, but just thought this family was better i running their business...

NAUSEA and MAJOR COOLING AFTER TASTE

Mary September 29, 2025

With the high reviews, I really expected more and am genuinely surprised that a lot of people like this. Erythritol is the star of the show in the sweetener with the monk fruit, barely there as an extract. In baked goods you're getting SO much erythritol! Because of this, not only will you get a major cooling aftertaste with every bite (which distracts from the flavor of baked goods), but it can cause nausea and trigger IBS symptoms… which was the case for me. On Keto, I don't think I've ever felt as nauseous as I did when using this for baking.

Should be labeled Erythritol with Monkfruit

Stew October 14, 2025

If Monkfruit is listed in super big letters on the package and tiny letters for "with erythritol", I expect monkfruit to be the first ingredient listed and it's not. Frankly, I consider that to be false advertising so that in and of itself rates the lowest possible rating.
