Lakanto Sugar-Free Hydration Pack, Electrolyte Drink Mix, Strawberry Lemonade & Berry Pomegranate Variety Pack (12 Sticks - Pack of 1)

I decided to try this variety pack to see which flavor I was interested in. I actually liked both flavors. I started Zepbound a couple of weeks ago and one of the things I was told was to drink 16 ounces of water with a hydration packet first thing in the morning. This mixes so easily and it tastes good without being overly sweet. I will purchase this again.

Love these! I have POTS, so electrolytes are essential and I've tried them all. These contain a little less sodium than Liquid IV, but they're still very effective and don't have a salty aftertaste. I also love that they're sugar free. Will be purchasing again.

The flavor is light and delicious. I like to mix it with my protein powder for a super hydrating drink. It hydrated without all the sugars and additives like some other powders. It's a safer alternative to non-caloric sweeteners by using monk fruit and there's no aftertaste.

My new favorite replacement for electrolytes!!!

Taste is good. My only issue is it clumps, no matter how much I stir or shake, it's clumps of sweet floating at the top or left in the bittom of the glass. It is not my absolute favorite because of the high vitamin c content (I suppose if you only need one a day it's no biggie).

Some of the flavors are *slightly* too sweet for me, but otherwise they are delicious and don't spike my glucose! I'm trying to start my day with electrolytes before caffeine to help with hormones and I feel like it's making a difference.

This stuff is pretty decent for sugar free electrolytes! the flavor is mild and not overly sweet. It doesnt have an overly salty flavor either. It's pretty good and I will purchase more!

These are good. I like liquid iv better. The price on these are decent though

they taste terrible. very chalky.

This is the first time that I ordered this product and it has a bad aftertaste.
