I will not put the pool together until next spring. But the packaging and shipping was great.. customer support and service have been awesome

Unsatisfied customer
Extremely unhappy!! the metal side had a big bent crease that was discovered while unrolling that looks damaged on the side. It's very poorly designed the frame that holds the side in is not deep enough to allow the side to slip in and stay while putting it together. all in all this pool is very poorly made and designed. I paid way too much money for something that has a big dent in the side that wasn't discovered until after half the pool was already out of the box and being set up!! cheap flimsy aluminum that doesn't even pop into the rails. Instructions are universal and it says that it takes two people to build this thing I don't think so!!
