Lake Effect Pools Fallston 21' Round 52" Wall Above-Ground Swimming Pool, Full Start-up Kit

Everything is trash on this. Waste of moneyl last year. Liner was wrong size, all the hardware was broke/cracked, pump didn't work. They would not make it right either I have the email that said it was our problem accused us of breaking everything.

This was the worst purchase I've ever made. After ordering I was contacted and informed I would be notified when the pool was to be delivered so I could be there since part of the pool comes on a pallet and is VERY heavy. On a Friday afternoon in a thunderstorm my wife called me to let me know she had gotten home and the pool boxes were sitting in the driveway. I hurried home and tried to get the boxes out of the rain (oh yeah, lightning too). I could not budge the biggest box but fortunately was able to push it in the garage, out of the rain with my riding mower. Upon opening the boxes I discovered several missing pieces. Walmart can't help with that as it's a 3rd party seller. The pool manufacturer also can't help because it's distributed by someone else!!! I finally managed to make contact with the right company and got the replacement parts. I leveled the ground according to the instructions and attempted to set the pool up. Bad idea to try alone. I realized I needed help so called a friend. We got the outer wall in the track but a slight breeze blew part of it down. After thinking it over I finally contacted a professional installer. $1500 later the pool is up. The installers said the instructions were bad and this is the hardest pool they've ever done (and they have been doing this many years). We still don't have it completely full but my daughter finally got to get in her pool last night. I would never make a major purchase like this from Walmart again. In closing I would have returned this pool to Walmart a month ago, but it was too large to return, so I was stuck with it. BAD EXPERIENCE.
