Arrived on time, and also loved customer service they answered very promptly and answered all my questions.

Everything n the shipment was delivered perfectly. I ended up hiring someone to do the setup because it was more difficult than it said. But all things considered it's a great pool.

I really like this pool with the exception of the hoses that came with it. The hoses are to connect the pump and the pool. They are not up to the task so we got the correct ones. The pump doesn't have an on/off switch we can find but we got a timer that does the trick. Overall value was/is right, I would have gone (5)stars of not for the hoses which were inadequate

Nice pool! The directions were not as helpful as watching youtube to put the pool together. We were missing some parts to our pump and our ladder had a broken piece. Walmart does not help you replace these things. You must contact seller directly. The seller did not always return phone calls promptly. Now that the pool is up, it is been working great!

It looks nice, but did not come with detailed installation instructions. The plastic base that holds the filter came in cracked, but I’m in the middle of trying to get a new one. Also, we were filling up the pool and noticed a hole in the liner. We were super careful when taking it out of the box, and handling it, so I now need to look into the warranty on that. Other than that it looks very nice, and I’m looking forward to swimming in it.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and, especially, with the way the delivery was handled. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from Katherine, who explained several important details regarding the delivery. She specifically told me that I would receive a phone call when the delivery arrived at my home so that the pool could be transferred directly onto my truck. That NEVER happened. Instead, my order was simply dropped off with absolutely no care or consideration. No phone call. No warning. No attempt to follow the delivery instructions that had been explained to me. The photos attached clearly show how and where this very large and heavy package was left. There was absolutely no way we could leave the pool where they had dropped it. My husband had to secure the package to the back of our truck, and we literally had to drag it ourselves to the location where it is now. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the size and weight of this purchase. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was specifically contacted after my purchase and given clear expectations about how the delivery would be handled. If a company explains a delivery procedure to a customer, that procedure should be followed. This experience showed a complete lack of communication, care, and professionalism. For a purchase of this size, I expected significantly better service. I am extremely disappointed and would absolutely NOT recommend this company based on my experience.

Did not come with liner as advertised and they won't contact us back!
