Great gift
Xmas gift for my grandson. He loved it. Happy that it's adjustable and will get a lot use from it.

They are adjustable. They arrived with the inserts just completely smashed and folded up. Could not even put foot in. had to remove the inserts and flatten them. It took a fair amount of time to do that. Overall low quality. The person who assembled the inserts absolutely did not care, they smashed them in.

Disastrous experience
You sent the wrong item and after 30 minutes with an agent in the chat, and 30 minutes with and agent in the telephone, still haven-t been able to fix thisl.
