The heater arrived on Saturday in perfect condition in a reasonable time frame. In setting the unit up in my unheated room on a properly grounded outlet it worked great for two days providing great output. Today the first setting, bottom half of the heating panel no longer heats up so it is only providing half of the heat potential. In reading all the literature provided with the unit I tried to reset it to see if the first setting will work, but it does not. This Lakewood heater will radiate the heat nicely if it worked completely and I would like to return it for a replacement unit. I like the sleek look and space saving design of the Lakewood EP-2000 heater. Please provide details to make an exchange. Thank you.

Wonderful when it worked. Loved my first one which lasted 10 years. The replacement died in less than a month.

Lakewood EP 2000 purchased 2/13/23 heater stopped working 5/20/23. Company denied refund/return - 30 day return policy (Wal-Mart's minimum). Google search says move (Lakewood Engineering and Manufacturing) is permanently closed.

This product is absolute garbage! Bought this in May had to get a replacement and then used in Oct 2 x's and it doesn't work. They won't take back as the 30 days of return is over. Again, this product is trash don't waste your money!

Put together correctly. Plugged in and turned on high. No heat at all!!
