I bought this telescope for a little girl over in the Philippines for her Christmas I think the value of this is great... quality is good... oh my God the thing is so clear I could see the moon

This is definitely great for beginners %26 a great quality for the price! It is pretty sturdy - not the top of the line telescope, but it's wonderful for beginners!

Directions suck on extra pieces. Specifically one piece. Can't find anything on YouTube too

You can't look through the site to line up with the target you want to visualize because it is too close to the body of the scope. The other reason is because it has 3 screw in pins that are difficult to center the site so you can't line that up with the scope either. Phone attachment also difficult to line up with scope. Difficult to even look through scope with even the naked eye (without a phone). I sent it back.

I ordered multiple items from the store they all were delivered this was Something I really wanted my grandson to have on Christmas. It was marked that it was delivered but it was never received Now I have to wait 48 hours. Which puts me after christmas to Request a refund and read order. I am very disappointed I even ordered a warranty on this specific item. And then to be told that delivery drivers at times mark that it was delivered and still delivered at a later time is quite concerning, especially when the item was never received at a later time.
