I love these mango Smoothies! The individual servings make it easy to grab on the go! Great for breakfast or anytime of the day for a quick and easy snack or meal!! Two of them filled me up for breakfast and one is just right for a snack! They are great for your waistline as well as an excellent healthy nutritious treat for children! This sits well in my stomach early mornings. It really helps wake your gut up %26 helps you regulate daily bowel movements. I feel less bloated when I drink one in the morning before breakfast or with breakfast. The Lala Brand is my favorite specifically this mango one. I buy this very often. my husband and I drink one a day sometimes 2 cause they're so delicious lol these are super affordable compared to these other bitter nasty ones, totally worth the money!

very nice alternative for my standard liquid meal,Boost, Sweeter, so more like a dessert and that works for me as a combo with the Boost. Even fun to say.....gonna go have my Boost Lala, cha cha cha!!!

My son and I love this yogurt. Even though it says its low fat. It taste just fine. We try to just drink one a day to make the bottles last. Thats how good it is.

Tastes wonderful. I buy this weekly to drink as a breakfast beverage or a snack. Makes taking my meds easier. Tastes exactly like a mango lassi from a good Indian Restaurant . Pairs well with any food choice.

Very high in sugar content compared to Activia. It tastes good, though, so I will drink one when I am craving sweets instead, maybe. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ However, it will not be one I choose to buy for myself in the future.

very good, but a little on the sweet side for me. I think a little more Greek flavor would be great. They are a good size for a quick meal.
