This sits well in my stomach early mornings. It really helps wake your gut up %26 helps you regulate daily bowel movements. I feel less bloated when I drink one in the morning before breakfast or with breakfast. The Lala Brand is my favorite specifically this mango one. I buy this very often. my husband and I drink one a day sometimes 2 cause they're so delicious lol these are super affordable compared to these other bitter nasty ones, totally worth the money!

This is part of my healthier choice diet. The outstanding value coupled with an excellent protein source and digestive aiding probiotics make this an easy choice. And it tastes great!

very nice alternative for my standard liquid meal,Boost, Sweeter, so more like a dessert and that works for me as a combo with the Boost. Even fun to say.....gonna go have my Boost Lala, cha cha cha!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these. My husband loves the mango. He has never been really fond of smoothies or yogurt until now. We love the Mango, Strawberry Banana, and the Coconut.

very good, but a little on the sweet side for me. I think a little more Greek flavor would be great. They are a good size for a quick meal.

This is my go-to morning drink! It's so healthy and flavorful. I love the mango! One bottle has minimal calories and fat. 10/10

My son and I love this yogurt. Even though it says its low fat. It taste just fine. We try to just drink one a day to make the bottles last. Thats how good it is.

only the reason I give 4 star that it contain added sugar which can be reduced. otherwise as a beverage taste is good.

Pretty good except a little too sweet.

Very high in sugar content compared to Activia. It tastes good, though, so I will drink one when I am craving sweets instead, maybe. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ However, it will not be one I choose to buy for myself in the future.
