This is theBEST ricotta cheese!!!!! No weird ingredients....just milk,vinegar, and salt. The texture is like no other, so creamy. Have been buying at Walmart, but they've been out of stock lately. I'll be really upset if it's been discontinued. :(

Get what you pay for.
Very disappointed in this product. It was watery. I tipped the bowl to dump out the water. Thought it would be alright. It wasn't. Was still very watery and seemed to break down to next to nothing. Will be going back to paying the extra for Galbani.

This will ruin your lasagna
This is not ricotta cheese despite what the label says. This is small curd cottage cheese with absolutely zero flavor. This will ruin your lasagna. You cannot fix bad cheese. I eat ricotta by itself, cold with Italian sausage. This doesn't taste like ricotta cheese at all. This 46-ounce tub of ricotta is going in the dumpster. One bite was more than enough. Total waste of 7 dollars.

Sorry... but the worst I've ever had!
Sorry, but this is the worst Ricotta cheese I have ever purchased. It is not creamy, nor does it melt properly. The consistency is granular, and more like cottage cheese. Even when melted, the texture is grainy... you can see it, and taste it. Sorry!
