My husband and I love this thing. It works great. The only thing that is off is the fact that the directions are wrong. Other than that, it works perfectly.

worked as described, only issue I had was came with photo and I'd size pouches, when it said comes with 15 legal size 9x 11 pouches.

This is such an easy setup. Perfect for school papers that need to be utilized year round. The paper cutter and corner cutter put it over the top.

I returned this product in the original box along with some laminate sleeves that came in the same box. I was refunded for the sleeves but not the laminator,

unfortunately the machine ate my laminate sheet w flat pressed flowers. i tried to fix it to no avail. i had to buy another. no box for return. Im upset. Ruined my art work.
