this Lamisil spray is at the top of the list for being the most effective antifungal. i have been using it for over a decade. the reason this is the best is because of the active ingredient TERBINAFINE HYDROCHLORIDE 1 percent. all the others do not have this ingredient. for me it only takes 2 or 3 applications and the fungus is gone. i have tried the Lamisil cream and equate brand but the cream takes a lot more applications and does not work no where near as well as the liquid spray. as always when it comes to OTC medication, flamables, batteries and products with chemicals follow the directions and adhere to all warnings and cautions. if you are prone to fungus infections like me buy this. it really works. no regrets.
