I have a koi pond. Koi can't tolerate chlorine because it burns their scales and their gills. I have a dechlorinator filter connected to the water source that refreshes the koi pond. The only way to be 100% certain that it's removing chlorine before it hits the pond is to test it. That's where these excellent test strips from Zoro come in. These test strips determined that it was time to get a new dechlorinator filter AND showed me that the new filter was defective! When I received the replacement filter, the test strips showed me it was doing its job. I also use these to test the filter in the water filter. They have saved me a TON of money in needlessly replacing the water pitcher filter just because the manufacturer says "every two months." Zoro's price on these was excellent and they arrived in a few days. These test strips aren't that easy to find' so now Zoro is my go-to for these.
