Very Pleased
I was doubtful about getting a Lamy AL-star for such a low price. However, now that I have it and have used it for a few weeks, I'm sold. Another review complained about the nib being scratchy. I got the medium nib and it is a smooth as silk. I'm thinking this may become my everyday carry pen.

If you only need one fountain pen, go no further. It looks elegant, writes buttery smooth, I like it very much.

Genuine Lamy Al-Star
I took a chance on this pen, as it was suspiciously inexpensive for an Al-Star. I am pleased to report that it is a genuine Lamy, and hope this review helps anyone else considering purchasing through this seller. I received the exact pen I ordered, with no mix ups as other reviews have stated.
