packing was bad. told to get credit for $44.78 spoke to 3 different associates to let them know the card used for payment was breached and bank will not accept gave my new card %23 and they still are trying to give credit on old card. how many people do i have to tell?

my crackers was all mashed. i do ministry work for y church and the community just received it today was very disappointed. now have to go to another store to pick up some for the valentine's project for the nursing home we are ministering on this Tuesday a t 10.00am.
