This printer has far exceeded our expectations. We are not new to DTG %26 DTF equipment, and nothing has come close to this printer. I am an artist and have been searching for a printer that can do my art justice for years. This is the first time I've seen a print that looks just like the image on the screen without the need for numerous adjustments. The quality is impeccable. And as if that was not impressive enough, their support is phenomenal. They are literally available 24/7 to answer questions, troubleshoot %26 walk through anything that comes up. As a business owner, it is so reassuring to have such accessible support to keep things running smoothly. This printer was very easy to set up and prints perfect everyone. No need for extra steps with other programs before printing, just upload your image, size it and print.

It is quite the process to set this up. But Lancelot puts you in touch with an amazing team to walk you through it step by step. Have only had it for a few weeks but I absolutely love it.

We are thrilled with our Lancelot DTF printer! We ordered the printer, shaker, dryer and stand so it shipped in different crates but everything arrived so fast! So much earlier than expected! The set up was not complicated or difficult. The tutorial videos were really helpful but the customer service and technical support has been outstanding and always readily available. The printer is fast and the prints are beautiful and high quality. The laptop comes loaded with the software and works out of the box, easy to use. The equipment is sturdy and seems heavy duty. This came with everything it needs and even some extras- ink, film, dtf powder, cleaning solution, gloves extra wires, cables and even some tools and much more. It's definitely worth the money!

Support for the printer was fast and very helpful. I look forward to using this printer daily! It opens a world of possibilities.
