This is my first time trying DTF Printing for a small business and decided to choose Lancelot. They offer 24 hour tech support and have a holiday mode on the printer to help with preventing clogs. . I really chose wisely on this Lancelot combination. Their printer, laptop, oven are all built well, the tech support is incredible and so responsive. I can't recommend them enough. If you're looking to get into DTF printing you can trust in purchasing this kit and know you have a lot of support to get you up and running.

best DTF printer ever . at first I was scared because you know it's a lot of money but it was well worth the money. take my word buy don't think twice about it .customer service will have your back there's this guy named Mark and his team are always helping me out at any time. can't wait for several months now and Mark and his team have they been there all the way with that life support customer service you can't beat that

I am loving my printer so far. The enclosed computer came with step by step installation and setup videos. When I ran into trouble with getting it up and going the Lancelot Technical support was quick and excellent to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner with step by step instructions and videos. They made me feel at ease and never made me feel like that it was something I should have known. I am so excited for all my future projects.

Best investment for my business!! Thanks to my Lancelot im able to make beautiful DTFs for my clients. I sell everyday. My printer has high quality images, so beautiful. So reliable. No issues. Super easy installation. Communication with lancelot its very accessible. Quick and responsive. I had a different brand which I returned due to so many issues. Lancelot its by far better quality and better experience printing! I enjoy working with it.

The Lancelot printer was super easy to setup and install. Tech support was incredible and patiently waited throughout the process. The only issue I had was shipping through FedEx. I received my printer three days late due to shipping issues, which is a common occurrence of FedEx.

I am truly impressed with the custome support I have teceived so far. the prints have come put amazing and i have zero regrets on this purchase so far.
