Love this printer! We are still waiting on the shaker and oven but they promptly gave me a tracking number for it since it comes in separate boxes. They fully assisted the installation and startup of the printer. I have had smaller DTF printers in the past and this exceeds my expectations on quality of print. So glad we chose to go with Lancelot this time
Love this printer and print quality. Easy to install, great customer support at all times, always available to answer questions. Found that the shaker oven combo wasn’t something I really needed at this time for my small business printing. Find I spend more time monitoring it than if I just do a few prints at a time.
Let's start off on how great customer service is from start to finish. I was able to connect through whatsapp and chat with the for technician 3 hours. The technician was very patient and thorough from unpacking to installation. The videos that were sent were very helpful. We purchased the Lancelot M1630 with shaker and oven. This printer is amazing and the quality of the prints are very vibrant in color. The speed of the printer is super quick. The shaker and oven makes the process super fast and easy.

To date, I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience. The technical support provided is exceptional. They promptly respond to inquiries and guide me through each step when I encounter difficulties or require assistance. I only regret not purchasing it sooner.
Shaker dryer system does not work well. Film does not feed through. Printer is excellent. Shaker dryer syayem is a joke. Full instructuons wete not provided for tge product I purchased. Seeking to return.
I choose The Lancelot because of the rave reviews. Purchased the Printer Shaker Bundle. Delivery was early, but late evening in the dark. The Shaker shipping crate had a hole in one side, the all styrofoam packing was in pieces like somebody had opened up and broke all the pieces and shoved the Styrofoam vacuum carelessly now I’ve got all the equipment set up and the printer does not work. After spending 6 hours with technical support replacing parts that were supplied with printer, with no good results, no technical support is sending me a new print pad to replace. I am not happy at all with this purchase
