Once put together and I stalled the machine prints fast and vibrant colored pictures. If you have any issues you can contact customer service and someone has always been available when needed. It doesn't matter how long it take to fix an issue they will work with you until its resolved. They are very polite and friendly, even when i get frustrated they are patient and understanding. I would recommend this machine and customer service to anyone.
