And this came in especially handy when I was cooking dinner, and made it too liquidy. Just a few drips of this and it thickened right up. Doesn't have much of a flavor so no need to worry about that.

I get this only rarely to use when a recipe calls for it. Never had an issue with it. Quality is always good. Never use the whole thing, and it always goes bad before I can figure out how to use the rest of the container though. But that's more on me than on the product itself! I should just feed it to the cat I guess.

Love that it not dominate coffee favor like other creamer but instead reserves that. Another wining point that it is ultra-pasteurized so it stays fresh in the frigde much longer which is good for me as who only have morning coffee everyday.

You hear the name, it sounds like whipped cream, but this is a liquid form. Especially to help your desserts have more fluff and flavor. It was pretty good and the coffee, I had no residue floating in my coffee, it mixed up really good, had no after taste and super easy to use. The ingredients were pretty good. Not many healthy ingredients, but it had very low ingredients. Some counts.; such as sugar and calories. I've always been a little surprised that it only last about a week in the refrigerator. Hopefully someday they'll be able to make it last longer. Easy to use and fresh.
