Received my 4th Lightweight Long Sleeve Turtleneck a week ago. I love them all. I got my first 3 years ago, but it looks and feels as good as the 2 I got last year. The fabric, for all of them, has a nice breathable feel and a flexible 'hand'. The colors are bright (I have 2 prints and 2 plaids) and go through the wash and dry cycles with no problem. I love that the sleeves are long enough to cover my wrists, and the turtleneck collar is generous enough earn the name. They look good alone or layered with other garments. I love 'em!
I have purchased several of the Women's Lightweight Fitted Long Sleeve Turtlenecks in many colors. They are lightweight and can wear alone or layered. Great fit, quality, style and price. I am 5'5" 137 pounds and wear a women's Regular Size Medium.
I purchased Womens Anyweather Fleece Quarter Zip Pullover in several colors. Recent purchase was the Sunset Coral Pink Thin Stripe. Wonderful lightweight fabric. Great quality, style and prices of an essential standalone or layering turtleneck. I am 5'5", weigh 137 pounds and purchased a Misses Size Medium.
I love these turtlenecks, but I feel they run very small. I usually order small in any tshirt, I ordered medium and it's still too small. Now I've ordered 2 larges! Good to know, from another review, that LE carries them every year. The sleeves are actually long enough, and the fabric does not shrink!
I love how formfitting they are without being tight, and I especially like the long sleeves. They come clear down to my wrists, unlike many of that type which stop short of my wrist. Plus, they don’t stop just below the waist, they give you a few extra inches so they come down over the hips. I always get size smal. I am 5’ 5” and weigh 108. I have 8 of them and loved themlove them.
Good turtleneck for layering. I am consistently a land and size medium. This turtleneck ran small. It was very slim fitting. I purchased it to go under a sweater so I will keep it but if I was wearing it alone, I would have had to send it back for a large.
Lands' End has been my go-to for turtlenecks for literally decades. They have always washed well, held up well, and fit well. I've lost weight, so I this fall, I replaced my XLs with mediums, and was disappointed in how loose and saggy the necks were, so I dug out an old XL to compare. The medium is smaller everywhere except the neck. Body and sleeves are proportionately smaller, but the medium neck is exactly the same width as the XL neck. It gaps and feels sloppy no matter if I wear it down and folded, or up and "scrunched". I may try another one next fall to see if the sizing has been adjusted, but if not, sadly, I'll be looking for a new brand.
This is pretty true to the description: very lightweight and very fitted. Actually I find it a bit too clingy, and I don't like the common but annoying gorilla length sleeves. The turtleneck is very snug, but the shoulders have plenty of room & the sleeves are so long, so I don't think a larger size would be a good fit. The fabric is soft and nice to the touch. I may return it due to the style & fit, TBD. It would be useless to me if it shrinks at all.
Like the color, fits true to size, but not all even in same item description is 100% cotton be careful choosing colors the cobalt blue is made with thin fabric
So much lighter than ones I bought in the past. Though the shirt was listed as lightweight, it was thinner than expected. Nice color and I'll wear it under another shirt. Could not find the type I bought before, which are wearing out after many years.
