Lane's Blackening Rub | Cajun Seasoning - 4oz

Hit a couple ribeyes heavy with it and let it sit for 30 minutes or so. Threw them on the grill until 120-125 and rested. They were amazing! Family loved them. Reminded my wife of the blackened prime rib she used to get many years ago that she longed for. No pics because we devoured them before I thought to get my phone out. Will be ordering more.

Ok this may be a little long…so for Christmas two yrs ago we received a gif box of your spices and a bottle of your BBQ sauce. I absolutely love the Cubano spice, I put it on everything. We also love the Blacking spice. It is delicious on everything we have put it on. Every order I have placed has arrived in a very short time and the fact you take time to hand write a personal not blows me away and including a sample size of a different spice is icing on the cake. Haven't had much use with it yet but the limited use so far has been great. Tried it on a flank steak that was destined for fajitas. Turned out great.

Blackening is easily my favorite seasoning on fish. Lanes is perfect! Kick but not overly spicy and not peppery like some I've tried. It's my absolute go to on coastal white fish

we brushed halibut with melted butter and seasoned it with only Lanes Blackening Rub. put it in a preheated 400 oven for 20 minutes. It was delicious and not to spicy

I received a sample of this in another order. I put it on some Salmon and knew that I needed more! Great Flavor!! All of the Sauces and Rubs that I have purchased from Lane's is the Best!!

Absolutely love this rub. Great amount of spiciness. I use this all the time on grilled fish and shrimp. I should probably get the bigger bottle next time.

The only thing I'm liberal about is this stuff. Apply liberally to any dense grilled white fish…Mahi Mahi, Snapper, Halibut, etc
