My first brisket on my Traeger smoker. Came out great. Smoked at 225 on super smoke until brisket temp was 180. Removed and wrapped with butcher paper with some wagyu beef tallow. Put back on the smoker until brisket reached 203. Removed and let cool until it went back to 180. Put in small yeti cooler for 8 hours to rest. Everyone loved it with your rub.
Lanes products never fail to impress, and Brisket Rub is one of the best. I've had several brisket rubs over the years and they just don't stand up to a brisket like Lanes does. After trying this one, I immediately threw my others out. No need storing a bunch of rubs I'm never going to use. Well done Lanes.
The brisket rub is my go to base for any beef I'm smoking or grilling. Perfect blend of flavors compliments and let's the meat shine. Incredible when paired with ancho espresso, and really great as a steak rub on its own. I love trying new bbq rubs but this is one of the only ones I ALWAYS keep around. Lane's won me over with their unmatched quality, customer service, personalized hand written notes, and the fact that I've tried many of their rubs and sauces and never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!
Over the holidays, I bought the keto set from Lanes BBQ. I loved all the seasonings in the set especially the brisket rub. Over Valentines Day, I had used up all the brisket seasoning and decided to purchase the large bottle. I use the seasoning on my steaks, chicken, and ribs. We used it on our steaks last night! Great product!
I learned about brisket in Fort Worth years ago from my Texas buddies. I have always said my brisket was 85% of the top bar-b-que houses in north georgia, although the flavor wasn't what I wanted it to be. My son brought me some Lane's Brisket Rub before Memorial Day, the brisket was awesome. My son called it Competition Brisket, people at the Memorial Day gathering said it was the best brisket they ever ate. I say it's top 95% or better. From now on, it's Lane's rubs all the way !!!
This is really great on steaks, brisket, chicken wings, and even mixed in with hamburger meat. The key is to let it sit a while to allow the seasoning to meld with the meat. The chicken wings was the surprise for us. Coated them in olive oil then added this seasoning. let is sit for around 4 hours, then grilled them...delicious!
After receiving my first order I made St Louis style and baby back ribs. Used The Signature on the St Louis and Sweet Heat on the baby backs. Loved them both but the Sweet Hot is my favorite so far. Cheers to you guys
This is a great product I use for brisket and steak in general. I have several Lane's products that I always have on hand and liver the personal touch when a shipment comes.
I use this on briskets for small and large cooks, always get complements on flavor. This barks up nice and has been my go to Brisket Rub for about 3yrs now.
Good quality ingredients make for a good rub. I combined the brisket rub with Ancho Espresso rub. Man oh man, best ever! You owe it to yourself to try this.....
