Lane's Kapalua Rub - 2lb Bag

I purchased this 2 lb bag of Kapalua rub to refill a 5oz container which my daughter loves on ribs. The 2 lb. bag is much more economical, and I'm sure it'll all get eaten. Daughter doesn't like rubs with pepper; this one is mild and sweet.

Marinated over night chicken halves and pork loins with this rub only. Then another four hours in pineapple-orange juices mixed with teriyaki sauce and Sherry vinegar (Jerez from Spain). The crowd was pleased.

All three rubs are great. We have friends using them and love all of them. My 89 year old Mother-in -law sats Cubano on pork chops id best she has ever eaten.

We have had them both. Fantastic on grilled chicken, and spiked with fresh lime juice. Add some Lane's Hawaiian Alaea Red Sea Salt for another touch of bringing Hawaii to the Mainland.

I havnt used this rub for ribs but I do used it for my Bourbon BBQ sauce. It has a great sweet flavor! Good stuff

Found my first Lanes rub on a camping trip to north Georgia, absolutely loved it ever since, Cant get enough !!!

I jumped on the 2# bag sale because it said you were discontinuing this flavor. I even use it on roasted peanuts.

We love putting Kapalua on pork temderloins before grilling, but its also wonderful on salmon and even veggies.

Used this with the Pineapple-Chipotle sauce and made pizza. An awesome recipe. The Kapalua rub was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended.

Kapalua is pretty mild but has layers of flavor. I was hoping for bolder flavor but perfect for white fleshed meats and veggies.
