Lane's Ultimate Turkey Brine Kit with Brine Bag included

We have never been a Turkey' family :grinning_face_with_one_large_and_one_small_eye:. We have tried deep frying one, slow roast and even smoked one before and still no go for Turkey. But the ultimate Turkey kit was the ticket. It was the best Turkey I have ever eaten and we will do this again. Thanks

We fried our birds for years…except this year. This year we used the Ultimate Turkey Brine and cooked on my Big Green Egg and let me tell you, this year we had the most flavorful and moist turkey we ever had. My wife laid down the law and said this is how we cook turkeys until we die.

Growing up, my family never had turkey for Thanksgiving. Mom and dad claimed it was always dry and flavorless. I got a Pit Boss this year and started smoking meats, and offered to provide a smoked turkey dinner this year. Well, this Lane's kit helped me make an EPIC turkey… my mom couldn't stop raving about it! We followed the instructions on the kit, and she helped me brine it with the included brine and bag. I spatchcocked it, slid some butter under the skin and coated it with both included seasonings. Smoked at 325° for 3 hours and it was amazing. 15lbs of delicious, tender, flavorful turkey. Even had nice crispy skin thanks to the instructions. PS: the handwritten note was awesome! Love to see that personalized touch these days.

Brined a 20lb turkey overnight, then all the rub…and a little bit of the SPG. I added a two sticks of compound butter(rosemary, sage,thyme,crushed garlic under breast skin) deee-licious! The brine bag easily handled the turkey size. Will do this again

Can't go wrong with Lane's BBQ Turkey Brine kit! It's awesome! Followed the kit instructions for our 21 lbs. Thanksgiving bird. 24+ hour brine soak in the frig. Seasoned the bird with a generous coat of vegetable oil and equal amounts of the included dry rubs/seasonings. Combination of low and slow (smoke) + moderate heat on the smoker. Total cook time about seven hours. Our guests raved about the flavor and moisture of the bird. Absolutely Fantastic!!!

First time ever brining and spatchcocking and smoking a turkey. Decided to give the Ultimate Turkey Brine kit a try and also grabbed the Wassi's rub mentioned in the helpful how to videos. Result was outstanding. Great flavor and the juiciest turkey I have ever had. Four or five people at the Friendsgiving made a point to say they don't even like turkey but they loved mine and didn't know turkey could taste so good. Just awesome! Will definitely use Lanes products again!!

I always brine my turkey and have used many different varieties (purchased and home grown), but this was the best brine I have ever used, hands down! My turkey came out soooooo juicy, that my guests could not believe it - a constant stream of compliments came my way - but I did give credit where credit was due - I pointed them all to the brine I used!

Without my knowing, my dad volunteered me to smoke 1 of 3 turkeys for our family thanksgiving, which usually consists of 100+ people. Well, I've never received more compliments on how great it tasted. More flavor and moisture than I've ever had in a turkey. I'm glad I bought two kits, ready to do another for Christmas. 10/10 would recommend.

I do not want to leave you a bad review because I really like your product but when I mixed the brime and poured it into the bag with the turkey it started leaking all over the floor, it had a hole in it. I was disappointed but I figured out a secondary bag solution.

Customer Service was terrible, package arrived late, too late for Thanksgiving. Website has no shipping options or details and customer service was less than helpful and full of excuses. I can't speak to the taste of the product because I sent it back out of spite. I'll stick with my rub, it's just fine.
