Definitely prosperous
Prosperity is prosperous, well at least these frames were. What a bargain. Used these in my office at work and so many people have come by and asked me about them. The built in hooks made hanging them up so easily

Plastic, but it works great.
Excellent for value. They are plastic, not wood though. Back hanging toggles you have to be gentle with, I tried to spin one to be the correct direction and it nearly ripped off. Goes with literally all of my black frames though, which was the whole point.

Look Cheap
These look extremely cheap. They look like dollar store picture frames. The color is a very bright fake cheap looking gold. I will be returning.
