The ice packs are a must have post partum. They truly held with engorgement pain. Also the nipple butter was a life saver. I put it on before I pumped and it helped with any cracks or soreness.

My only concern with this purchase is that the nipple cream is the smallest little bottle I've ever seen! I was really disappointed to see it's size. But overall everything else looked good.
