For this cancer patient, these could packs really help. I wrap a washcloth around it and then put it in place. It lasts about 20 minutes. It remains flexible and easy to position.

I loved these postpartum after my twins! Stays cold the perfect amount of time and I plan to use them heated here soon! I will definitely buy again for future pregnancies!

Great Product! used this for after my vaginal birth, i found that using the product cold or frozen works better straight after birth but as time goes on i switched to warming it up. i think this product really helps would the recovery period and makes it a more comfortable experience. If going to use make sure you purchase the protective sleeves as this provides more comfort and hygiene.

For their intended purpose, 10/10.. for the fact that I can use them for all of the other aches and pains related to pregnancy and post partum 100/10, I used this in a pinch when I forgot my breast therapy packs over the weekend.. perfect.

I LOVE these ice pads!!! They come in handy for a very sore area and maternal cramping and period cramps the best purchase I've ever made!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As first time parents you don't know what you really need until after your baby is here. My wife ended up needing a C-Section to deliver our son. On top of that, she is regularly pumping for her breast milk. Due to these two things she is constantly battling discomfort. When we were gifted these Hot & Cold Postpartum Therapy Packs as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel we felt truly blessed. At first glance you would feel like these are your standard hot or cold pack but they are so much more! You get 2 reusable packs and 12 sleeves. The shape is very slim and compact and they fit anywhere you put them. We loved that they changed colors depending on what you need, purple for cold and white for hot. The hot and cold lasted about 5-10 minutes at their most intense temperature give or take some change. After that time period they are still warm/cool. Great for soothing pain along her C-Section stitches. If you decide to breastfeed/pump for your child you will come to a point where your breast become tender or even hard. Having 2 packs really helps when my wife's breast are hurting. The best thing about this product is that they freeze really fast and heat up even faster. The only thing we would change is making these packs a little wider and we wish they retain their temperature longer. Also if you heat them up they have a faint smell to them but nothing overwhelming. Overall great product and we recommend you giving them a try!

I think it's okay and does what it's meant to but I think it could be a bit bigger and either come with more of the hygienic sleeves or maybe washable ones or it could be a bit cheaper, think it's over priced for what it is, especially when you take postage costs into consideration.

$ too expensive for this product. Does not stay cold, as expected! I tried using them on my knees %26 ankles for pain control. Very disappointed! Wld not recommend.
