Works great. just make sure you follow instructions and temporarily disable your firewall. then you won't wait four days cuz you didn't know how to read and follow instructions

good support
Both PCs have to be running the same version, which they were. It is unclear if you have to have internet connection on both as they are connected with a cable. The chat support was very helpful and responsive but in the end I did not have any more time to get this working so I skipped it. I bought 2 thinking I would use both since they're only 1 time use and only ended up using 1.

NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY
Was connected, did everything it said to do and sat here for almost 4 (yeah, FOUR) days waiting, restarting... etc. etc... and I finally gave up and am transferring everything manually!! TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

DON'T BOTHER TO BUY
Not worth the time to use. Technical support is terrible and wasted three days trying to get the transfer done.
